John Susa is Vice President of Asset Management and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and administration of all Crossroads Companies’ properties.John’s multi-faceted background includes frontline international management across a broad spectrum of industries. John’s communication skills, service focus, and attention to detail ensures peak operational performance across the entire Crossroads Companies’ portfolio. John attended Ealing college in London, U.K., and graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a B.A. in Literature. John has been an associate of XRC since September 2007.
