John Sullivan specializes in tenant and landlord representation services in Seattle/Tacoma and national markets. Mr. Sullivan has provided successful outcomes for his clients during his 19 years in the commercial real estate industry. His range of service includes comprehensive negotiations for leases, land and building sales, and build-to-suits projects.
Mr. Sullivan's most recent success has been his participation in the design and leasing of Salmon Creek Corporate Park. For Cedar River Corporate Park, Washington's first speculative LEED-certified development, he assisted in the land acquisition, the design process, lease-up and sale. Other notable achievements include representing Norvanco International, PepsiCo/Quaker, GE Appliance, KWL, Columbia Distributing, Samsung, Pioneer Packaging and the sale of +125 acres in Sumner.
