John Stirek

John Stirek began his career with Trammell Crow Company in 1986 as an office and industrial leasing agent in Seattle, WA. He became a Project Partner in 1989 and moved to Portland, OR in 1991 to become a division partner. In 1995, John became Managing Director for Oregon and Nevada. In 1997, he was promoted to Western U.S. Director of Development and Investment. He then served as Chief Operating Officer from 2001 – 2003 and served as President for the company’s Western Operations from 2003 – 2020.

In early 2020, John transitioned his Western Operations responsibilities to Adam Nims and will focus full time on expanding strategic account developments throughout TCC. John will oversee relationship management, resource allocation and coordination of TCC business unit services to resolve and exceed these clients’ ongoing needs and expectations. Currently, occupier clients account for over 27.5% of TCC’s development volumes due to its broad product expertise, trustworthiness, dependable execution, and responsiveness to their needs. John’s ongoing role is to tailor unique client solutions enabled through TCC/CBRE’s global coverage with local presence and execution.
