Bio
John Schaefer is responsible for managing the Firm’s development services platform, providing leadership and oversight of operating partners engaged in development or major renovations on behalf of Lionstone. He serves as the primary contact leading each phase of the process from pre-development, construction to full stabilization, providing progress reporting to the portfolio and asset management teams. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2014, Mr. Schaefer was a vice president for Hillwood Investment Properties in Southern California. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Civil Engineer.
