Bio

John Ryan brings over 26 years of commercial land sales and development experience in the metro DC market. Since 1993 when Mr. Ryan joined CBRE he has been completed hundreds of land transactions valued at over $1 Billion and has worked equally for sellers and buyers. In addition to sales and marketing experience, Mr. Ryan's diverse background spans all product types and aspects of the land development process, including highest and best use analysis, land use and development planning, and site selection. Mr. Ryan has established valuable relationships and a solid reputation within the industry grounded in ethical standards and his ability to find and expose value adding opportunities for the benefit of his clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ryan had been a market consultant, a development project manager, and a land planner. During the 1990's, Mr. Ryan was responsible for Mobil Oil Corporation's retail real estate in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
