John Richard

John is currently a Managing Director in the Global Corporate Services (GCS) business where he's the Central Region Technology Solutions Leader and Head of Operations for the Global Technology Solutions organization within GCS.  Global Technology Solutions is the client-facing organization within GCS focused on implementing and improving the technologies that are utilized on behalf of our GCS clients to manage and optimize their portfolios.  Technology Solutions works hand in hand with CBRE's Corporate IT organization to ensure operational excellence for all applications that are internally hosted by CBRE. 

John was previously Managing Director, Occupier Consulting, where he focused on elevating and accelerating the growth of CBRE's rapidly expanding Occupier Consulting service line and ensuring operational excellence across all of our consulting offerings

John has successfully served in numerous capacities at CBRE, most recently supporting the GCS executive team by providing strategic analysis and management for a range of initiatives.  Previously, John supported many different clients including BB&T, ExxonMobil, Chevron and Cigna as an Account Strategist where he developed and implemented rigorous programs to identify and execute opportunities to realize value out of their portfolios.
