John Reid

John Reid is the VP of Acquisitions and Underwriting with Aulder Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing new investment opportunities. John has led over $300 million of transactions at Aulder. Prior to joining Aulder, John was a Vice President in the Property Finance Group at Centennial Bank, with responsibilities ranging from underwriting structured loan products to portfolio management for balance sheet assets. John was also an Acquisitions Associate for Hawthorne Residential Partners based out of North Carolina. As part of the investment team, John helped acquire or develop over 8,400 multifamily and self-storage units throughout the Southeast and Texas, with a total transaction value in excess of $700 million. Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Distinction from Duke University.
