Mr. Reehil joined Marcus & Millichap early in 2005 after over 15 years in the real estate development and construction industry. He has been directly involved in the construction and project management of over 1000 apartment units, 500 residential units, and a number of light commercial projects. He has also been involved with the land development of a number of residential subdivisions and some other light commercial projects.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Reehil has closed over $240 million in over 80 transactions. Those transactions are comprised mostly of multi- and single-tenant retail, but also include student housing, multi-family housing, and office properties. He has repeatedly received CoStar Power Broker awards and has consistently been a top producer in the Columbus office since 2006.
