John Pantone

John Pantone is a Managing Director in MidCap Financial’s Commercial Real Estate lending group, and is responsible for originating on-book commercial real estate loans throughout the U.S, to include properties within the seniors housing sector. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, John was a Senior Vice President within the Capital Markets group at Walker & Dunlop, where he focused on financing all types of income-producing properties including office, seniors housing, hospitality, industrial, and retail in the Midwest region. In his capacity at Walker & Dunlop, he also worked with clients to find equity partners. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Pantone held senior positions at Heller Real Estate Finance and Buchanan Street Partners. He also co-founded AEG Real Estate Advisors, where he was a partner and managing director. Mr. Pantone holds a CPA certification, passed both the Series 7 & 63 examinations, and earned a BS in Accounting from Illinois State University.
