John M. Oien, First Vice President, represents Tenants and Landlords in the Sales, disposition, strategic planning and consulting of commercial office and medical office building properties. Mr. Oien has been involved in many ground up office and medical office developments and works with regional and well as national firms to provide state of the art developments.
John plays a major role in assisting buyers and tenants define and secure their expansion or relocation requirements. John is dedicated to giving his clients the highest caliber of service and has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies at local, state and national levels.
John has been involved in commercial and medical real estate since 1998 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since 1996. John's broad range of commercial and medical office expertise is with owners of professional and medical office buildings, representing Landlords, Tenants, Sellers, Buyers, the State of California, as well as development and investments of professional office and medical office buildings.
