John Neutzling

John Neutzling is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at MCA. Neutzling is responsible for portfolio management activities, asset management, leasing, and property management. He is also responsible for partner relations. Prior to joining MCA in January of 2007, Neutzling was Executive Vice President at Simon Property Group, the nation’s largest public Real Estate Investment Trust. Neutzling was responsible for property management of the portfolio which included over 185 retail properties and over 100 million square feet of gross leasable area. Neutzling was also responsible for partner relations, managing the office portfolio, asset management, and special projects. Neutzling’s career at Simon spanned over 30 years. Neutzling is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served as the organization's state director. Additionally, he has been a member of the Certified Shopping Center Management committee and has been involved in numerous community, civic and governmental organizations. Neutzling holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.
