John McLaury

John is responsible for new business development and overseeing underwriting, project capitalization and deal structuring for all of Lowe’s investment platforms nationally, with a focus on core-plus, value-add, adaptive reuse and ground-up development for commercial, residential, hotel, resort, and mixed-use properties. He participates in every aspect of the sourcing, due diligence, capital raising and implementation process. Since joining Lowe, John has helped the company in closing over $1 billion in transaction volume. John is a resident of Santa Monica and enjoys golfing, working out, and barbecuing.
