Bio

John is a director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has been involved with more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions throughout the course of his career. John focuses on arranging financing for value-add and opportunistic business plans with experience placing construction and bridge financing, mezzanine capital, joint venture equity and permanent financing.

 

John started at HFF in 2018. Before that, he was a vice president at Northmarq Capital, where was responsible for originating, underwriting and closing agency, life company, CMBS and bridge transactions for all asset classes. He has also worked as a professional staff member at CREFC/CMSA, the trade group for lenders, issuers and investors of securitized commercial mortgage products, and as a legislative assistant for a senior member of Congress working on transportation, infrastructure and water resource issues.
