John Maloney joined CBRE in 2003 and is a Vice President with Advisory and Transaction Services, specializing in industrial properties through New Jersey. Mr. Maloney has more than 32 years of experience leasing and selling commercial real estate and has completed more than 10,000,000 square feet of transactions during his career.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Maloney was Vice President of Real Estate Planning and Transactions at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Maloney was a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis.
