John Maffia

John is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and an Associate’s Degree in Architecture. After graduation, John worked for a local general contractor as a Project Manager for five years working on major retail projects and banks. While in this position, John quickly learned to listen to the client’s needs while maintaining his focus on the business aspect. At Adams Service Company, John was a Project Manager for three years and worked on various retail projects including Silo, Best Buy, retail and bank projects. John always has the owner/client’s best interest at heart. In his current role as President and Owner of DEJAMES Builders, Inc., John handles new strategic development for the company. He also manages the Project Operations while driving sales. John is a member of ICSC.
