Bio

John La Spada came to CBRE, Inc. in 2004 after a successful career in the medical field and software sales. Bringing over 17 years of professional experience, John's strength is building relationships and territory management. He has completed more than 511 sale and lease transactions totaling over $485 Million in consideration. John has partnered with Bill Clark, who together focus on the Ventura County market. They have been consistently top producers representing clients in lease and investment solutions.
