John Krause

John Krause joined CBRE in 2013 upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region's leading retail brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. John joined Fameco in 2007 as a sales assistant.

Over the past 4 years John has worked on the site identification, negotiation, leasing, and land disposition of local and national retailers such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, and Dress Barn. Additionally, John's landlord leasing portfolio has exceeded over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, working with local, regional, and national landlords, including REIT's such as Vornado Realty Trust and Acadia Realty Trust.  Prior to joining Fameco, John worked for Interstate Commercial Real Estate, Inc. where he represented and completed deals for Commerce Bank through its expansion in the mid-Atlantic region.
