John Koeijmans, Senior Managing Director, of the firm's Dallas Mortgage Banking office has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate finance. John's primary focus is on originating debt and equity throughout the United States with a concentration on Multi-Family.As a native of Dallas, Texas John began his real estate career in 1981 after graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration degree (BBA). John has been with Berkadia and it's predecessors, GMAC and Capmark Finance, since 2001. Prior to Berkadia John was the Region Manager with GE Capital Real Estate for the Southwest United States.During the course of his career at Berkadia, John has completed over $5 billion in loans and has been among the top producers of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
