John Kelly

John Kelly serves as Managing Director for Foundry Commercial in the Raleigh, NC office leading the office landlord representation and life science teams. He brings with him over 34 years of commercial real estate experience which has afforded him a career that encompasses a wide spectrum of real estate disciplines including assisting institutional/corporate users and owners with the lease and sale of office and industrial properties. He has worked on some of the more complex transactions whether it has been strategic planning for a client’s growth or disposition strategy in addition to experience which includes land development ground-up opportunities executed on behalf of users, investors, and developers. Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, John worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2013 leading the landlord representation office and life science practice, and assumed the role of Managing Broker of the Raleigh office. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Mr. Kelly founded the Raleigh office of Cushman & Wakefield, previously known as Cassidy Turley/Colliers Pinkard, in 1999 as Managing Partner.
