John is a Senior Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He also co-leads JLL's U.S. Industrial Capital Markets Group. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, John specializes in industrial investment advisory for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.

During his career, John has exclusively represented institutional owners, REITs and developers in the acquisition or disposition of industrial assets. He has consistently been one of the nation's top investment sales producers, receiving a number of industry achievements. In 2012, John was elected International Director with JLL and was named the top producer for Industrial Capital Markets in 2011 and 2012.
