Bio
John Hope is a Senior Vice President and South Market Manager for Capital One's Commercial Real Estate Group. He joined Capital One in 2012 and helps clients develop properties using both banking platforms and the real estate capital markets. John helps to determine the most strategic capital structure for real estate debt, manages a large loan portfolio and maintains a number of key client relationships.
Before joining Capital One, John spent 12 years with Wells Fargo Bank and its predecessor companies. He started his career as a Commercial Real Estate Finance Analyst before becoming a Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager in the bank's Atlanta office.
John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
