John Holtz

John Holtz is the CFO for Titan Development. A Certified Public Accountant, he oversees the finance and accounting team utilizing 25 years of experience, fifteen of which have been focused on real estate development, investment, and property management. Before relocating to New Mexico, John was the CFO for an Oregon real estate development company focused on senior living, multifamily, and mixed use projects. He also held a position with the international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in Portland, Oregon. He received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Oregon State University.
