John Hanlon is a multi-market Senior Vice President in the Metropolitan New York States of: New Jersey, New York & Connecticut, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Asset Services and Capital Markets.

Mr. Hanlon has more than 29 years of experience in the commercial real estate business as a retail advisor for both Landlord and Tenant representation in the metropolitan New York market. Prior to joining CBRE, John was associated with Ripco Real Estate Corp., for 15 years, where he participated & completed Big Box transactions with the following retailers: BJ's Wholesale Club (6), Home Depot (8), Kohl's (6), Target (6).

Past Landlord advisory achievements include the successful project leasing participation of multiple New York-developed vertical power centers in; Westchester County (2), Queens County (2) and Bronx County (2), a traditional power center in Kings County (Brooklyn), a specialty center (Bridgewater & Chester, N.J.), as well as asset disposition representation, for the Home Depot.

Noteworthy Ownership relationships include; Continental Properties, G & S Investors, Madison Marquette, Metropolitan Realty Advisors / Angelo Gordon, Onex, Related Companies, Regency Centers & Vornado Realty Trust.
