John Grossman

John Grossman is President & CEO of Grossman Company Properties and its affiliate Classic Hotels & Resorts. He is responsible for the development and design management of Classic Hotels & Resorts projects, and as Creative Director, drives all aspects of project conception, branding, marketing and programming.

Prior to joining Grossman Company Properties in 2010, John worked at Greengate Property Group, a Sydney, Australia developer specializing in Aged Care Accommodation throughout New South Wales and Queensland. Previously, John worked at Work Force Housing Associates, a San Francisco based in-fill developer specializing in affordable housing projects throughout the Bay Area.

John received his Master of Property and Development from University of New South Wales, and a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder's College of Media, Communication and Information. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization and Urban Land Institute and serves as a board member of Climate Ride.
