John Grissim

One of the senior leaders of Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc., John is responsible for all commercial property business activity and operations of the Midwest Region and is a Director of LPC Realty Advisors. John joined Lincoln in 1986. He was Senior Vice President of Lincoln’s Northeast region prior to heading up the Midwest Region in 1996, where he spearheaded growth in the region to over 8 million square feet of assets under management. Throughout his career at Lincoln, John has structured successful partnership ventures with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion including new development, property acquisitions, loan purchases and restructuring and dispositions representing the interests of Lincoln’s institutional, pension fund and private equity clients and partners. John is a licensed broker, a member of REIA, NAIOP and is also involved in several civic and charitable organizations. John is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Accounting and a graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA. State of Illinois Real Estate Broker License #475.159334
