Bio
John Garcia is the Vice President of Operations and Construction for Cord Meyer Development Company. He oversees all day to day operations for all properties including managing all maintenance and security personnel on staff. Garcia has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction management field. He has been involved in building projects ranging from water treatment plants for municipal authorities to high-rise residential buildings for renowned developers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Alfred University.
