John France

Jack France serves as Associate and is the industrial specialist on the Capital Markets Team in the Dallas- Fort Worthoffi ce of Colliers International. Jack is a member of the Net Leased Group and Industrial Services Group. Jack'sspecialization encompasses the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of credit tenant leased industrial propertieswith a hyper-focus on equipment rental properties nationwide. Prior to working with Colliers, Jack was the businessdevelopment & acquisition manager for a private investment group based out of Los Angeles, where he focused onblend and extend opportunities in triple net assets. Jack received his bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance fromthe Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and he prides himself on providing a consultative approach torelationship management, and advisory strategies.
