John Dosser

John is responsible for the marketing and leasing of the company’s retail projects, performing market analysis, as well as establishing and maintaining client relationships. As a Partner in Childress Klein’s retail division, John is responsible for executing the strategic plan for long-term value and growth in the southeast corridor through the development and leasing of retail projects. Since joining Childress Klein, John has completed more than $75 million in lease transactions and secured more than 250,000 square feet in retail developments. With a focus on uniting building users and the built environment, he is passionate about discovering what each client is trying to achieve by immersing himself in their world in an effort to better understand their unique vision and needs.
