Bio
John has over 21 years experience and has held key roles with several real estate and investment advisory firms. Prior to joining Colliers, John was the Chief Financial Officer of Metropolitan Equity Partners. While there, he oversaw all aspects of the operation and financial reporting of its investment funds. These funds held both debt and equity investments in various companies in the small business lending and consumer finance industries. Preceding his position with Metropolitan Equity, John was the Chief Financial Officer of a $250 million privately held real estate investment firm that owned several retail centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, he spent 17 years at Real Estate Capital Partners, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory, where he held various positions including Investment Manager, Director of Asset Management and Controller, CFO. While at the firm, he identified, underwrote and negotiated real estate investments and development transactions in the multi-family residential industry segment. He also oversaw a portfolio of single and multi-tenant office buildings around the country.
