As an Associate of Industry Real Estate Partners, John Detamore will be the point person for developing, implementing, and executing all financial analyses, marketing materials, research, etc for the team’s transactions.

He began his career at SVN focusing on investment sales and leasing of industrial assets in thelocal and regional Atlanta market. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. Additionally, he has also gained invaluable experience with various real estate firms including real estate law and development firms in Atlanta. Such experience will be the base for his role at Industry Real Estate Partners where he will directly support the capital market teams and all Industry Real Estate Partners’ client in various capacities.

A Memphis native, John received his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Mississippi State University and during his time played for the Mississippi State MADDAWG rugby program where he was elected team captain after his second season. During his free time, he enjoys coaching for Atlanta Youth Rugby, snowboarding, and exercising with his dog.
