John Daly joined Marcus & Millichap as a Multi Housing investment specialist in 2015. John is a member of the National Multi Housing Group and focuses exclusively on the sale and acquisition of multi-family properties and has completed a number of transactions in the $2 to $30 million range throughout the Carolinas. Each client benefits from John's attention to detail and dedication to providing comprehensive and innovative real estate solutions. John has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He's held senior management positions for major multi-national retail companies and has extensive experience in market and site analysis. He graduated from Western University in London, Ontario with a BA in Economics.
