Bio
John joined Dapper Companies as SVP, Development in 2019 having worked as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Downtown Project and most recently as an associate for Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. John pairs a background in urban planning and development with seven years of local real estate experience, including asset management, property management, brokerage, entitlements and more. Active in the city, John is chairperson for the City of Las Vegas Arts Commission, a board member for Get Outdoors Nevada and a member of the Urban Land Institute. John received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from University of Pennsylvania School of Arts & Sciences and a Master in Urban Planning from the university’s School of Design. John is a proud native of Las Vegas.
