John Core

John’s the guy who makes buildings better. His focus is on industrial development projects, having recently led four projects totaling more than 620,000 square feet, as well as tenant improvements, upfits, and capital improvements. John performs due diligence for acquisitions, analyzes sites for development potential, manages entitlements and construction and ensures our customers have a smooth occupancy process. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from North Carolina State. Before joining Beacon, John worked at ColeJenest & Stone as a civil engineering project manager.
