In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
John Charters is currently a Senior Associate with the Valuation & Advisory Services team at CBRE/New England located in Boston, Massachusetts. His responsibilities include completing appraisal and consulting reports across all property types throughout New England, and his experience includes the analysis of over $2 billion in property value.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Mr. Charters was an Associate Director in the Institutional Investment Sales Group of Meridian Capital and before that a member of the New York Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield.
