John Caffrey

Prior to Crosspoint, John served as Senior Associate at JCR Capital; a Denver-based real estate capital allocator, where he was involved in all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, and structuring new acquisitions. Prior to that, he served as Director of Acquisitions for Avesta Holdings, where he was responsible for the sourcing and closing of multifamily investments in the southern US. John’s career began at Landmark Partners, where was involved in the underwriting and valuation of secondary-market LP interests in comingled real estate funds. John has a BA from Boston College and is a LEED Green Associate.
