I'm a principal at Colliers International and have been a trusted commercial real estate advisor to many clients for over 15 years. As part of my leadership responsibilities, I manage the Hunt/Cafasso Investment team focusing on single tenant net leased investment sales nationwide. Additionally, I provide options for clients to find the best combination of image, efficiency and value along with providing guidance on lease versus own scenarios. I further manage capital resources and control costs depending on the clients financial requirements. I'm known for negotiating transactions that provide flexibility for growth focusing on the operational structures. I utilize specialized market knowledge to leverage the my client's position and seize new opportunities.I've represented clients from a broad range of market sectors including retail, health care, communications, technology and banking and have closed over $500 million in transactions.
