John Bernabeo

John Bernabeo is Director of Construction for RAMC, managing all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, schedules, quality control, bid procurement, and overseeing construction. John also works closely with the Property Management Department to ensure all maintenance issues are properly addressed. Before joining RAMC, John was the Director of Construction at Vitamin World. In this capacity, he was responsible for the construction of new stores in shopping centers around the country. Other professional roles include Director of Architecture and Construction at Sbarro. He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of Technology and has been a licensed architect since 1983. John is married, has 3 children, and is an avid golfer.
