John Belanich

John is the managing partner and Chief Investment Officer for Heslin Holdings, Inc. He has significant experience in Acquisitions/Dispositions, Asset Management as well as Operations and Finance. ​ Prior to his time at Heslin Holdings, John served as principal at JSB Realty and oversaw ownership interests in retail investments in multiple states with a portfolio that included retail, office, & medical office properties. John originally hails from New York where he received his B.S.E.E. with a concentration in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Real Estate Studies from New York University.
