John Baker joined Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ, in 2012. John comes to Colorado from Florida where he worked for Laurel Agency, Inc. in general real estate for 16 years and was Senior Vice President/General Manager for Bessemer Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Bessemer Securities Corporation prior to that. John’s 40 plus years of experience as both developer and broker give him a broad perspective from which to serve his clients. His areas of responsibility included land acquisition and entitlement, development and sales of residential and industrial properties as well as management of 10,000 acres of agricultural land including citrus and cattle.
