John Hellen

John A. Hellen is Senior Vice President of Construction at South City Partners. John is responsible for managing Architects and Engineers, General Contractors, budgets and scheduling for all University Greek Housing. Responsibilities also include active construction management of select student housing, and multifamily projects. Mr Hellen has been committed to the real estate industry for the past 21 years. Prior to joining SCP, John served as a Project Manager and a Senior Project Superintendent at Wood Partners for nine years. Throughout his career, he has helped construct multiple for sale and rental product types, four-story wrap product, mid rise, retail, assisted living, student housing and third party construction with extensive experience in complex building designs and logistics. Mr Hellen is dedicated to delivering a superior product by utilizing his expertise in best management practices to successfully carry out projects from pre-construction to turnover. John is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.
