Johanna Ramirez is a client services specialist in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. She focuses primarily in the area of Capital Markets and supports the office's Capital Market Group.Johanna provides high-level marketing and administrative support to her team by developing custom listing proposals and offering memorandums while also managing and tracking all property marketing activity and ensuring client's needs and expectations are surpassed.Johanna joined Colliers International in 2008 as part of the Capital Markets Group. The Capital Markets Group is comprised of experienced real estate professionals who specialize in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of office and industrial assets for institutional, private, and special asset clients.Prior to joining Colliers, Johanna held a similar position as a transaction coordinator in marketing and brokerage support for Sperry Van Ness. She provided a broad range of advanced administrative support that included rent and invoice processing as well as all aspects of tenant relations. Johanna began her real estate career as a contract coordinator at Keller Williams Realty in 2005.Johanna obtained her Texas Real Estate license in 2005.
