Bio
Joey joined Newmark in 2018. Since joining the firm, he has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of complex multifamily transactions and has worked with production, credit, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as well as various non-Agency lenders (LifeCo, Bank, Bridge) to identify the best lending opportunities for clients. In January 2022, Joey joined the Newport Beach Multifamily Capital Markets team led by Charlie Haggard and Kevin Mignogna, where he assists in the origination of multifamily loans and is involved in all aspects of the transaction process. Prior to Newmark, Joey was a Financial Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo, where he was involved in the financing of office, industrial and multifamily properties nationwide.
Education
Joey holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of San Diego.
