Joel D Wage

As Vice President of Development Services for the Phoenix VanTrust office, Joel’s primary responsibilities consist of being responsible fo rthe successful delivery of VanTrust projects in the Western Region. He will incorporate his strong foundations in engineering and business as well as diverse experience and strong relationships in the market place to deliver value driven real estate solutions. Joel will also ensure that the budget, quality and schedule objectives are met throughout the design and construction phases. Joel has over 20 years of experience in commercial development, design and construction. Prior to joining VanTrust, Joel gained his experience with Opus West and Ryan Companies. There he gained substantial knowledge across all product types including commercial office, corporate build-to-suit, mixed use developments, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and condomonium. Joel is a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member in the Purdue Alumni Assocation as well as the Phoneix NAIOP Chapter. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as from Arizona State with a Master of Business Administration.
