Joel Mies joined Flournoy Development Group in 2015. Joel’s responsibilities include site selection and procurement, entitlement and due diligence, financial analysis, product selection, construction and lease-up. Prior to joining the company, Joel was a Development Partner with Lane Company, Vice President at Colonial Properties, and Development Manager for Crescent Resources. He completed his Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. He is based in Tampa and is responsible for the Company’s developments throughout the State of Florida.
