Bio
Joel McCarty has been involved in real estate investment and asset management since 1980. Prior to M-M Properties, Mr. McCarty served as an executive with Berkadia, MacFarlan Capital Partners, Westbrook Partners/Terrabrook, AMRESCO, DWB Properties and Swearingen Company. Mr. McCarty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas Tech University. Mr. McCarty is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Texas Real Estate Broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
