Joel Kadis

Joel leads Linear Retail with his Partner, Aubrey Cannuscio. He is Co-CEO and oversees the Leasing, Asset Management, Development, Construction and Marketing departments. Joel joined the company in 2004 and has worked for 32 years in the commercial real estate industry. His focus has been on retail and office product in the Greater Boston region. Before joining Linear, Kadis worked for Wellsford Commercial Properties as regional director of asset management and leasing, for Atlantic Retail Properties as vice president of portfolio investments, for Finard & Co. as asset manager and for Citicorp Real Estate as portfolio manager and assistant vice president. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oberlin College. He is a supporter of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Boston. Joel enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two boys and is an avid cyclist and New England Patriots fan.
