Joel Hopman

Joel Hopman is a managing director with Newmark, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings, development opportunities and net leased properties. Mr. Hopman uses his experience as a real estate principal and broker to help clients achieve their real estate goals such as screening investment opportunities, recommending asset management strategies, completing 1031 exchanges and keeping clients up to date on the latest market trends. Mr. Hopman earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
