Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, Joe has been involved in over $200 million of transaction volume. With his 7 years of experience, Joe has a complete real estate background in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, and he is uniquely skilled in helping clients make informed and calculated decisions on complex real estate matters.
Joe earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2018, evidencing his pro¬ficiency in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and financial analysis in commercial real estate. Of the more than 150,000 commercial real estate professionals in the United States, only an estimated 6% hold the CCIM designation.
