Mr. Posavec has enjoyed a diverse career spanning over 30 years in different segments of Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Lending. In his current role at Cushman & Wakefield, he is tasked with managing teams of senior professionals assisting banks in their regulatory compliance, diligence, systems transformation and M&A assignments.
Initially starting in real estate, he transitioned to lending and capital markets. His expertise include; asset and portfolio review, special assets, workouts, liquidation, due diligence, underwriting, bank restructuring, data governance and bank M&A advisory. Some of the most recent projects included Reg. H compliance, Libor Transition and portfolio risk analysis of institutional banks. He has held positions with Prudential, RER, National Real Estate Group, Accruent, NovaStar and Ein Sof.
