Bio
Joe has been in the commercial real estate business in Dallas since 1985. He was employed by small development and investment companies (J.D. Simms & Co., Sterling Projects, Inc., and S&B Financial, Inc.) and large brokerage companies (CB Richard Ellis & Transwestern Commercial Services) focusing on leasing and management. Joe manages and leases MCP’s properties and provides brokerage services to third parties. Joe graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and holds a Texas real estate broker’s license. Joe and his wife Holly, have been married for 23 years, and have two children.
